1. About

These Terms govern your use of the Smart Taurus Fleet platform, including team management, dispatch, analytics, and the Job Marketplace.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

  • Maintain accurate account information and safeguard credentials.
  • Businesses must complete verification (company number, incorporation, GiT and PL insurance) and ensure authority to act.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or misuse.

3. Subscriptions and Plans

Free, Fleet Starter, and Fleet Advanced plan limits are enforced in‑app. Subscription changes and billing are handled by Stripe; taxes may apply.

4. Job Marketplace and Quotes

  • Marketplace listings require business verification and Stripe Connect payouts onboarding.
  • Accepting a business quote sets job status to ACCEPTED with driver assignment pending; individual driver quotes may assign immediately.
  • Businesses are responsible for legal and safe job details and conduct.

5. Payments

  • Customer payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.
  • Payouts use Stripe Connect; platform and Stripe fees may apply; settlement and holds are governed by Stripe.
  • Chargebacks, refunds, and disputes follow Stripe policies and our procedures.

6. Roles, Permissions, and Team Invites

Account owners manage team invites and roles/permissions and are responsible for team actions.

7. Live GPS and Tracking

Live GPS is available on Advanced only, during active jobs. You must ensure driver awareness/consent and limit tracking to operational purposes.

8. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • No unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or scraping outside intended use.
  • Respect privacy and intellectual property rights.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use is subject to the Fleet Privacy Policy. You must comply with applicable privacy laws when processing personal data.

10. Service Changes and Availability

We may change or suspend features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the higher of (a) the total fees paid in the prior 12 months or (b) £500, except where law prohibits such limits.

13. Governing Law

English law applies; courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (subject to consumer law).
